I help organizations make decisions based on data. I have spent 15 years doing research and analysis across Europe and Latin America, five of them based in Berlin, working with clients across both regions.

Over that time, I have worked inside government, higher education institutions, and foundations in Chile, and for the last 5 years as an independent consultant in Berlin. My work has included competitive benchmarking, skills gap analysis, survey research, and market analysis for private institutions, public organizations, and international clients. The methods are the same regardless of sector, and so are the questions.

What I work on: — Competitive benchmarking: how your organization compares to others across strategy, operations, services, programs, or products — Market & landscape analysis: understanding trends, gaps, opportunities, and political and regulatory context, useful for entering or expanding in Europe or Latin America — Survey & data analysis: analyzing and making sense of data your team already has or needs to collect — Impact analysis: whether your programs and initiatives are delivering results and the change you were looking for — On-demand research: research and analysis capacity when you need it, without the overhead

Past clients include Instituto Unibanco, Universität Bamberg, Open Future Lab, Universidad Diego Portales, Duoc UC, Ombudsman for Children of Chile, and the Ministry of Education Chile.

Based in Berlin. Open to projects and collaborations across sectors, public, private, and international.
